Ballyliffin TownHouse & Spa Reservation Terms and Conditions ________________________________________ RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS ** A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation. There will be no cancellation charge if an individual booking is cancelled in advance of 72 hours before the date of your arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged in full. Non-refundable bookings are charged in full at the time of booking & are non-refundable & non transferable. If paying cash for individual rooms, full amount to be paid at check in. The property reserves the right to pre-authorise cards prior to arrival. Should the card decline, we reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and should a valid card not be provided, The Ballyliffin TownHouse & Spa has the right to cancel the reservation’. Group bookings (6 or more people) will require a deposit, the hotel will be in contact once a group booking is made to arrange payment, please note group bookings have a 2-week cancellation penalty where the full amount will be charged if rooms are cancelled within 2 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment for groups is to be received 2 weeks prior to arrival. Booking a Spa package does not automatically guarantee an appointment. Guests must contact the Spa directly to book thermal suite or treatments. We advise you to do this at time of booking to secure your preferred date and time. The hotel and Spa take no responsibility for package where treatments have not been pre booked.
