Thermal Suite Experience & Outdoor Hot Tubs
Our indoor thermal suite experience includes a sunken jacuzzi bath, infra-red saunas, river walk, Amazon rainfall showers, footbaths, ice-fountain bucket showers and a relaxation lounge. Afterwards, enjoy the clear fresh Atlantic air in our outdoor roof-top garden Canadian hot tubs.

We have six dedicated treatment rooms at The Tess Rose Ocean Spa, offering a host of treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps and special spa packages. INFRA-RED SAUNAS
Soak up the healing heat that enables relief from muscle pain, stress and fatigue.
SUNKEN JACUZZI
Offering the comforting feeling of serenity, the jacuzzi jets help ease knotted stressed muscles, whilst the combination of heat, massage and buoyancy helps clear your mind and help you to relax.
ICE FOUNTAIN
An ancient ritual, ice on the skin revitalises and tones tissues, re-activates circulation and strengthens the immune system. Wonderful to complete the ritual following a visit to the infra-red sauna or jacuzzi.
RIVER WALK
With pebbles from nearby Pollan Bay you are sure to feel as though you are walking along the Wild Atlantic Way. Feel the gentle trickle of water pass between your toes and tumble over your feet as you walk upon our River Walk experience.
AMAZON RAINFALL SHOWERS
Awaken your senses, as waters cascade down your body; alternating between smooth drops pattering down on you; to the drenching of a tropical rain storm. Soothing music and mood lighting will heighten your senses.
BUCKET SHOWER
Made from cambala wood it hangs from the ceiling with icy cold water. According to tradition pouring ice cold water suddenly over the body causes such a thermal shock that it actually makes the body stronger. Wonderful to deliver a final burst of energy after a hot infra-red sauna.
